Ceremony & Reception
We will arrange venue site visits and inspection.
We will check the ceremony location before the ceremony time to assist and ensure that all decorations and arrangements are arranged.
We will negotiate best prices for your service providers and venue.
We will book and confirm the agreed venue.
Present quotes of suggested suppliers and services to suit your budget, for example:
- Photographers
- Videographers
- Stationery (invitations, menu, seating plan, table numbers, etc)
- Entertainment (games, DJ, music, comedians)
- Transport (luxury car hiring, horse carriage)
- Marriage Officer (if marrying at a venue or don’t have a priest that is not legally registered as a marriage officer)
