On The Day Management & Coordination
  • We will ensure that all the suppliers deliver their promises on time and what has been paid for and sign and delivery notes of all supplier.
  • We will keep track of the bridal party preparations, e.g., make-up artists and hairdressers have arrived on time and notify the MC, DJ, Catering services of any delays.
  • We will make sure that all settings are done and finished.
  • Event layout signage for guests indicating the location of the dance floor, buffet points, tables, chairs, lounges, etc.
  • Event briefing for all suppliers (Contact the wedding week vendors for details and schedules).
  • Coordinating wedding day, conference and pre-event assembly follow-up.
